For parents, co-parents, and dads

Parenting, co-parenting, and caring
for children.

Parenting can be anything but what we expect sometimes. Whether you’re a parent, co-parent, or other caregiver of children, it can stir up complex emotions and responses that can get between you and the relationship with your child.

The doesn’t mean you’re a bad parent or caregiver. It means you’re human.

All parents and caregivers have experiences of depression, anxiety, grief, disconnection, and even anger. I offer a space where instead of feeling judgement for these feelings, we can approach them with curiosity to understand their underpinnings, how to make space for them while being a caregiver, and to choose the path of secure attachment for you and your child.

For dads

I offer group and individual work with dads to support forming healthy and secure attachments with their children and being able to understand and respond to their children’s needs, and all the stuff that may be stirred up from the experience of being a dad.

For dad’s looking for a space to foster community, share experiences, and look at this big wide picture of fatherhood up-close with other dads, I offer a free dad’s processing group once a month.
